Looking for a decent upright!

Looking to get a decent upright bass used for about $2500 or so. Just using it for recording in my small home studio.Any suggestions?

For that amount you should not have a problem, however, I recommend you ask this question in the double bass section of this forum. Basses [DB]

James, Im also new as of yesterday, I have a one yr old Upton Std for sale due to arthritis, I have not yet posted it here, as I am in the process of learning the site. I inadvertently already did a my-bad as not knowingly. I want Pete to know I will do it right by him... he is the boss here, he sent me a welcome note, I expect you got one too. Im in VT. Gotta look into my fees and such. D.
