Double Bass Looking for a First double bass

Hey, i've decided i want an upright bass and am looking for a descent-good one so that i dont have to upgrade for a while

ive found this on ebay..... http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Upright-Dogho...ents?hash=item3a53329041&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14 ...but i dont know if its any good or the rite size as i am about 6ft4
