I'm reposting from the Chicago Craigslist. I'm playing trumpet in a new jazz trio, and I'd like to find a bass player to complete a trumpet / bass / drum trio. Electric is preferred, but upright is fine too. We'll probably do a couple of rehearsals in the southwest suburbs of Chicago just to tighten up, then it's all about the gigs.
