Looking for a phaser

I don’t think that most phasers lose volume as much as they feel like they lose volume, due to the change in tone.

Having said that, the Retro-Sonic phaser ticks all your boxes and also has a volume control to make up for any perceived loss of volume. It also gives you that classic MXR sound.

I live in the Netherlands so many suggestions are no options for me unfortunately.

One thing that apply for all topics: if you do not like a specific model it would be useful to explain why!

I've had the EQD Grand Orbiter in the past. I sold it because I found the continuously blinking led annoying.
The MXR Phase 95 is the favourite contender, the Walrus Lillian might be an option too.

I haven't made a choice yet. I'm awaiting my MXR bass synth and may reorganise my board.

I got the Behringer Dual Phase for a birthday gift from my wife! (Ok, I had it in our Amazon cart, and she said "do you want this thing for your birthday?").

It seems very solidly built. Knobs and switches have a good feel. I compared the sound to my Behringer Vintage Phaser (supposedly a pretty good repro of the Small Stone), and it's definitely a different beast. Amazing the different things you can do with the Dual Phase - and I haven't even tried to rig up a CV pedal or run it in stereo - just instrument to Input A, switched to run the output of A into the input of B, then Output B into the amp - you can get most of the possible combinations with that hookup.

The speed, depth and feedback controls have a very wide range, so you can cover almost any ground you might want to. I did a quick YouTube search and found this demo of a MuTon Bi-Phase, and the first sound he did, with just the basic A phaser on, I was able to duplicate exactly with the Dual Phase, so it seems they've got the basics correct. I plan to look at this video further (and maybe a few others) to try some different configurations, to see if I'm able to reproduce them as well.

But whether it's a faithful repro, or just a pretty good try, it's a VERY nice, well-built and very versatile phaser for NOT a lot of money($120). I notice that Sweetwater and GC do not have them listed any more, and BHPhoto has a 6- month lead time - Amazon was the only place I could find one (Andertons does have them for 139 Euros). So it's possible they're not making them any more - if you want one, I'd recommend getting one soon.

Yep, no top jacks and not mini but not huge either. It is still in production on a limited basis. It's a great one!

My requirements:

- no low end loss
- no volume drop or bum
- available (no discontinued or impossible to get pedals)
