Looking for a quality rack case.

First off, if there's a better place to put this, just tell me and I'll delete this thread.

Okay, im looking for a rack case, that is 3u, and ~£70.

Something that is has good weight to strength ratio.


I'm looking at a Gator rack, and an [Invalid or Expired Link Removed].

Any feedback on those, or any more suggestions?

SKB is good stuff. So is Gator. I strongly suggest poly instead of wood, if you move it. Poly is waaaay lighter IME.

Calzone makes some great stuff but, I don't know what there availability is in the UK.

SKB > Gator. I cant stress this enough. Better materials, better durability, no rack rattle. (The latches are on the lids on the SKB cases whereas the latches are on the case on the Gator cases which causes an annoying rattling when playing.)
