Looking for help with Seymore Duncan STC 3p preamp

I recently bought this preamp and have one in another base but I want to use two separate pots for the bass and treble instead of using the concentric one.

I tried searching for diagrams or something that could explain what to do without luck.
I encluded the diagram

The concentric treble/bass pot(s) are just two pots stacked. To split them out to separate pots would require two individual pots of the same value (100k) and taper. Then just duplicate the wiring on the two individual pots with that done on the concentric.

First assumption... You have room for an extra pot on your bass.

Second assumption... You have the necessary skills to do this yourself.
If not, your other options might be to find a replacement preamp with separate T/B pots, and that still does everything else you want.
Or, seek out the services of a qualified guitar tech.

I have many pots and pieces and have changed pieces in the past. i was just hoping some one might have a diagram I could look at because I'm not completely sure how to alter the wiring.
My bass has 5 knob spots so being able to split the concentric pot would be best.
