Looking for instrument wireless system recommendations...

I've been using a Shure GLXD-16 system for a few years now and it's been solid, but I've discovered that I'm completely unable to update the firmware on it due to Shure's updates not being able to be run and installed on a Mac computer. Figured this would be a good time as any to see what everyone is using for wireless instrument systems these days.

What do y'all think? Anything out there that's surpassed the Shure GLXD-16 system? The Audio Technica ATW-1311 looks cool but I can't find much about it.

(Mods, I put this thread here due to some wireless systems having receivers mounted to a pedalboard. Please feel free to move if necessary!)

My experience of wireless systems in the past five years boils down to the Line 6 G30. Great sytem, the transmitter packs are a bit crappily designed......

If you still want pedalboard-friendly, tuner and rechargeable beltpack, the Sennheiser XSW-D is about the only other option worth a dang.

Certainly not new, I've had no issues with a Line 6 G50 and a pretty stout gig schedule. It's been rock solid, never an issue, no dropouts, nothing.

Did you get anything new?
I've been looking at the Shure GLXD-16 you've been using. Is a pretty transparent system, solid?
Any problems or are you just wanting something new? Thanks!

You're going to have a tough time finding something better than the GLXD16 when it comes to pedalboard-friendly wireless systems.
