Looking for luthier recommendations

I'm looking for an QUALIFIED AND EXPERIENCED luthier to convert one of my fretted basses to fretless by installing a new, unlined ebony fingerboard.

Is there a listing of luthiers somewhere?

Are there any good luthiers in Colorado? I'd prefer to work with someone local if possible.
