Looking for Scale and Arpeggio exercises

Hi everyone, I m looking for a book with scale and arpeggio exercises for electric bass, something like Hanon (piano) or Arban method (trumpet) ideally on 2 octaves.
I already have a lot of books and usually I use a combination of these for teaching.
Also I make my own exercises or transcribe from other instruments but I m looking for something more complete to avoid spending so much time.
Any suggestion?

The time you spend writing out those exercises is valuable, and will help your development as a musician as much of not moreso than just reading through a bunch of exercises that someone else wrote.

I believe the most useful way to practice arpeggios is diatonic arpeggios played around the circle of fifths.

for example a typical approach to C major arpeggios is just to execute them up the scale: C Dm Em F G7 Am Bm7b5 . But that’s not the order chord progressions usually happen. By rearranging the chords around the cycle fifths Bm7b5 Em Am Dm G7 C F , we get the most common Chord motion in western music : V-I. So you end up practicing arpeggios in a sequence you will inevitably encounter when learning actual song

Get an Arban trombone book. And on that point. there are some excellent non-bass books for bass clef instruments. Check on line, I've gotten the Hanon book and you can just read the LH part. There's also the Kopprasch book (normally for French horn) has been re-written for bass trombone. Dotzauer cello books are good too. Lots of this stuff on line and free in pdf form. Keep check around, there's tons of stuff.
