Lou Barlow playing a Music Man?

Went to see Dinosaur Jr. and the Flaming Lips last night in Nashville (Weezer also happened to be there). I wasn't close enough to tell, but it looked like Lou was playing some sort of Music Man bass. I've seen him play Gibsons, Fenders and Rics, but not a Music Man. Anyone else there that can confirm?

I was also saddened to see that Michael Ivins was no longer with the Flaming Lips.

He's been playing it for quite a while now.

I think just before all the London dates, he posted a story about it on Instagram (J has an endorsing artist deal with Ernie Ball, and was given the StingRay years ago, but barely used it. Lou recently tried it out, and fell in love with it, having previously dismissed them in the 90's as expensive compared to a used Rickenbacker, and sounding "sproingy". He traded one of his guitars with J, for the StingRay).

Sproingy is a good word for it. Wish I had thought of it.

Yes, I think he has started using a Music Man as his main now.

His first main bass was a Gibson Grabber, their first self titled album and "You're Living All Over Me" was recorded with this, then a Ric, the "Bug" album was recorded with this, then after the reunion a Gibson Grabber again, and now, as of fairly recently, a Music Man.

I also remember him using an Ibanez copy of a Rickenbacker, and he's currently using a Mustang with Folk Implosion.
