Hey Doug - I have your Pocket Fulla Nasty and absolutely LOVE IT!

When I listened to it w/ headphones, the overdubs really come through. I love the way you mixed the fretted bass lines with your fretless. I had to wonder how many people noticed it.

I just started playing fretless and love it. I play in our church's praise band and only one person in the band had even heard of fretless basses. They all seem to like it. I got a Fender Jazz MIM used because I didn't want to put too much $$ into it not knowing how well I would do. It seemed like a natural thing to play without frets. Now I'm wanting an Alembic or Pedulla fretless now. One of these days....

I'm going to get your other CD's soon!!! Keep on making music.

Are you coming to Nashville (or even nearby) anytime soon? :hyper:

Thanks Stephen. I love the fretless bass! And I agree, It does feel natural.
A possible Summer NAMM show bass event is in the works, nothing confirmed as of yet. If the gig is a go, we'll hang out for sure.
