Low action

Please tell me how low is a low action but in cm cuz I don´t understand in inches or how you calculate it.

give a hungry man a fish and he won't be hungry for a day.
show a man how to fish and he never will be hungry again!

lets say your action is 4/64"

then take an inch (2,54cm or 25,4mm) and devide that by 64.
then muliply the result by 4 and you have your end result:

25,4mm/64*4=1,5875mm :D

or: first multiply and then devide:
25,4mm*4/64 ~= 1,6mm

edit:
2mm sounds fine to me
