Low volume IEM

I got the Galaxy AT100 and the volume is low unless my amp is up to say 1 to 3 o'clock on the dial.I called the company we did some test over the phone, like I pluged in my Ipod and the volume was great so we concluded that The MB 200 from G&K does not put out enough volume to the wireless amp.So I need a preamp to the Galaxy.Something small any ideas you guys have? Has anyone had this problem?

I talked with a engineer at Galaxy and we now are running a Mic preamp between the Amp and the Galaxy. So now I can boost the signal to the wireless.So far so good.

Most DI's on amps are not line level, they are made to feed a pre amp on a mixer, hence it's not enough to drive line level needed for most iem systems.

You need to run the Galaxy (whatever it is - neither a google or factory site search turned up a thing) from a loop out or preamp out, not the DI out.

If this doesn't work, try feeding the bass DI to the PA mixer first. If this isn't an option, there's always the Sansamp Bass Driver or the Aguilar Tone Hammer...

I feed my IEM with my effects loop out from my amp. The headphone out works just as well. i use a MBF500.
