Making a Moog EP-2 work with a SA Dimension Reverb?

Hey guys,

I have a couple of the EP-2s on a board cut specifically for their size. I have recently acquired a Dimension reverb, and really want to be able to use the EP-2 with the Multi-Function In on the pedal to control wet/dry mix of my 'verb.

What pot values/jack would I need to use to get this to work the best? This particular EP-2 will never be used for another pedal, and it's already been modified to have a TRS jack instead of that long cable. I don't mind gutting the entire thing.

I know how to make it work with the HH input on the SB1 and PRO pedals - emulating the hot hand (the old wired hot hand at least is just a 0-3.3v CV generator).
You'd need to setup the pot as a voltage divider. the four poles on the old HH was GND, 3.3v, x-axis, y-axis. Not in that order though. So the pot already in the EP-2 will be fine.

I do however not know if the reverb uses the x-axis, the y-axis or something different, when i expression pedal mode.

Roger or Jesse posted the pinout of the old HH somewhere on talkbass.

It would just take some cable hacking. It’s easier on the SB2 than the SB1 and Pros. When the reverb is in EXP control mode, it’s expecting a full range 0-3.3V signal. So this can all be done with just wiring.
We need to think about the best way to do it. What is the value of the pot?

It's a 50k linear pot from the factory.

Hey folks! For those that have read, Roger emailed me a solution that he and Jesse collaborated on. I've yet to test it, but will be doing so as soon as I can get it all set up. I will definitely post back with the results. It looks like it may work for a few other expression pedals as well!
