Keep the bent plate but replace the saddles with threaded rod saddles. As for pickups, the only way to know is for you to hear them and decide which you like best.
Oh and BTW, it’s your bass so do whatever you want with it. It will reduce the value of a potential future sale to refinish it but it’s already (at best) a player grade so have fun and make it your own.

Keep the bridge and the Lollars, they're the best replacments for mid070's P-basses. ... I'd try to find and original Tort-pick-guard but, it's cost, and add a d-tuner if you can dig it.

Change the bridge and pickup if you want, get the frets done, but for Pete's sake don't paint it!

I actually have the D tuner on another p bass. The original guard? Yea not worth it
