Making my own effect processor with stuff laying around

So, I've used a custom audio sampler for years and have recently been expanding on it since I have parts laying around. The most recent incarnation started as just the half with the two screens and red buttons. This configuration gives me quick access to eight rows of eight samples each visa foot switches. I play on an original heavy the piece band wrote samples, and this would be difficult to do without a floor based sampler. But with the processing power of the New raspberry pi 4, I decided to push it further. Had a behringer guitar link so I swapped the old usb audio adapter out to get a recording input so that I could do some parallel accompaniment type processing. I've so far added a tap tempo tape style delay and a one button Looper. Adding a retro video game style bass synth next. Also have a real time tempo detection algorithm worked out that I could pair with time stretching so that the Looper and delays can automatically match my playing speed. Crazy mad scientist stuff, but it's keeping me busy during this pandemic.
It's also handy having my regular pedals strapped into and powered by this. One wall plug powers my entire floor processing setup. Also, for easier packing, whole unit scissors closed with a locking latch and carry handle. It's all a bit janky right now, but this will eventually all live in a much nicer, secured casing when it's all done.
