Malekko E616 owners, please read

Well, was curious if members of this forum ever resorted to classless personal attacks.

Irvinz sure answered that...As usual, it's the MO of the Kool-Aid drinkers/fanboys.

Hey Kenstee, apologies if you had gotten offended, the key in the forums, or any forums whatsoever is to read everything with a bit of humor, if you don't see the humor, just grab a bottle of whisky out while you read. its much more fun that way.

i'll give you a reasoning why i reacted that way to your comment. all doors open. i work in part time retail myself. as a younger chap compared to my big time paying customers, im quite liked. even as im studying, they will call me to check if im at work so they can come in. which is a good thing if im commission, but im not :D

the way you reacted, is exactly how a few rude customers react. these are the customers who don't spend much money. and also think they are royalty. and in turn treat the people receiving their money (or servicing them) like dogs.

if you think that attack calling ur post a troll was personal.... you could consider yours too.

p.s. even the post after mine caught the humor... and it was even grygrx.

stick around a bit longer mate. and have some good fun.

I don't have luck with pedals lately. I had to send my Katana Fuzz back to Japan for repair. I paid two months ago for 3 dirt boxes which still aren't finished. I've also ordered PT-1 and VooDoo PP2+ two weeks ago and I got phone today that my distributor won't have PT-1's and my power source will come in 3 weeks. I'm waiting for my 616 only to send it back to US. I bought today expensive Hartman flanger and seller sent it with First Mail Class instead of Priority/Express with tracking, so there's a danger that I won't see this pedal ever. Eh...

He did have something useful to say. Your post, on the other hand is pure garbage.

Perhaps Malekko would like to comment on the issue of who pays postage and so on, because this could be an expensive issue for overseas customers.

I made people smile, that's way more important than a troll.

malekko told me he'd pay me back for the shipping in my first post over at HC. Not sure if that's for everyone?

I like Malekko threads because someone always starts yelling. Violence kicks ass!

Josh, hope this is the end of the bad juju for the 616, it's been quite a journey already.

Guess I'm sorta glad I cancelled my preorder though, I'll be picking up Batch #2 instead. :smug:

To avoid starting a thread for this one question, I posting here would be a better idea.

I saw on the Malekko website that we're not supposed to use a 1spot to power or daisy chain the Echo 600 pedals; is that still an issue?

I emailed Josh about this very issue, and his response was:

"The E616 will work just fine with any regulated 9VDC neg tip regulated power supply including the 1-spot and the godlyke."

He was asking about Echo 600.

Got my 616 back. Sadly I only have a guitar clip for you all today. It sounds much better now though.

You're lucky. Mine is held by customs office as PGS did something wrong with declaration. Now I have to send them a proof of item's value so they can calculate duties + taxes. It will be around $50 and then I will to pay another $50 for shipping it back. Hurray :D
