What is Combo Head II?
Equal to LM II?

I'm not really sure, it's just what is in their combo amps. Maybe someone else can shed some light on this?

I think I read somewhere on here that the Combo II heads are the LM III (as can be noted by the line out volume control, which is a feature introduced in the LM III)

Combo Head = LMII
Combo Head II = LMIII
