Dude! There is a guitar stand RIGHT THERE!! Put your bass on it, lol.
I didn't,I use two players school combos and they come w/black speakers.I only power the top combo and just use the bottom one as an extension speaker.Gives me 250watts@4ohms into twoX15"s which is plenty for what I do.If I ever have problems I can swap them,it gives me a spare amp right on stageWhat did you use to paint the speakers?
You can paint the cones, it's been done.
I will probably take the paint off tomorrow. If it doesn't look nice & shiny, I could just spray on some silver.
I used to have Markbass Cabs. Just removing the gigantic logo make them look a lot better, so you don't mind the Yellow/Black.^ That. Removing the logo makes a big difference. I didn't even heat up the glue first, I just went slow.

He won't have to bend over where it is. Ha.Dude! There is a guitar stand RIGHT THERE!! Put your bass on it, lol.
They had a silly gimmick, but they were talented, imoMarkbass representative in California says it's made of steel, so if I were to remove the paint, it would tarnish pretty quickly probably.
Maybe I will paint yellow stripes across it.
