Just when I think I have some of this figured out, I'm forced to ask what is likely a stupid question:
Both the New York 122 and the Ninja 122 are 800W cabs, but the former is 4ohms and the latter is 8ohms (but watts are watts). I'm not planning on putting more than one in parallel on a single channel, so really the resistance doesn't matter in terms of harm to my power amp. Is there any difference in listener experience between these two cabinets when they are both pushed within reason?
I guess another way of asking this could be: If you used a QSC GX7 as a power amp, with one of these cabs running from each of the channels, which cab would you prefer, or would it make any difference?
