Markbass New York vs. Ninja 122?

Hey everyone. What are the differences and pros/cons of the Markbass New York 122 and Ninja 122? I looked at the stuff on the website and it looked like the Ninja was slightly better. 8 ohms, 1 pound lighter, but that was basically it. Do they sound different??

If tone is important to you forget the 122 and get the Ninja Traveler 121 instead. BY FAR the best cab I've ever owned!
