Master Effects Super Forty discussion

Hi everyone,
I know there's a Master Effects mega thread which I'm subscribed to but I'd like to make a thread focusing on the Super Forty. I searched but couldn't find one.

I (finally) got my hands on the Master Effects Super Forty pedal. To tell the truth, its confusing to me. The main reason I got it is to try to capture Geddy's Rickenbacker tone around the Exit... Stage Left and Signals period. I plan to use the Ric O Sound input and this pedal will be for the bridge pickup. If anyone has suggestions or is willing to share their settings, please show them.

I also want to use this pedal with my other (J & P) basses so I'm looking for suitable settings for those, too. Again, please share.

Hi,
I’ve copied Kevin Shepherds YouTube channel for you. Kevin has done some amazingly detailed videos on Geddy and his tone over the years. He has done some great work with the Ashly preamps that Geddy used too use during the 70’s and 80s. It might help you with settings on your Super 40?
I think Kevin is on talkbass as well but I’m not sure what his username is.
I copied a pretty detailed demo of the Super 40 as well. I hope this helps! Seeing Rush next week! :)
