This is my first thread here but I wanted to share my excitement.

I ordered my first ever fretless bass with Polish company Mayones a couple of weeks ago. They were so kind to send me a couple of pictures. It's still a long way from finished, but here they are:

Here are the specs:
Body: Swamp Ash
Top: Amazaque
Neck: Wenge/Padouk
Fretboard: Ebony
Pick ups: Nordstrand Dual Coils Serial set 6 String
Electronics: Aguilar OBP-3
Switches: Active/Passive
Serial/Parallel pick ups

Bridge: Mayones X2 bridge

Can't wait to get play it!

OMG it looks killer! I love Mayones (a bit too much out of my price range though)! But I hate their new headstock The BE Exotic used to look so cool with the old one!

That bass is looking killer!!! Mayones makes the most superb instruments ever!! I'm waiting for my two Comodous basses to be ready at the end of October. One is the Comodous Classic 5 fretless and the other is the MBC2011 Custom Comodous Buckeye Burl. Best of luck with your bass!!!
