:help: Has anyone ever heard of or played a McCartney bass? I played both, a P and a Jazz last week at a boutique and was very impressed with everything about them, including the build quality. They seem like higher end basses but the strange thing is, I can't find any info on them anywhere. They wanted $650. a piece new and before spending that much, I wanted to know if anyone had any more info on them.?? Again, they just felt like very high quality instruments and sounded beautiful. Any help would be appreciated..Thanx in advance.
PS..I dont care for or about PAUL MCCARTNEY and these are not signature basses.

Looks like the hesdstock logo but not the basses I played. I can only find info through the music Boutique 's site. Sixx Gun Music. CHeck the Jazz and P on his ebay site. I dont know why theres no info anywhere else. Even the link you provided has no price list. I mean they really felt high quality. This company is from china? Thats strange. What do you think?

Found the ebay store. Seems like either a brand new or very little known maker. I would venture to guess that you may know more about them than most, having been able to actually play one yourself. I don't think $650 is unreasonable at all if it's high quality.
