I'm looking for a super aggressive and growliest P. Split P is what I got in mind so far. I got two basses my Spector which is nice and warm then my BC Rich which is nasty (well planning on adding some more growl with a pickup). So what's your guys favorite P pickups and why?

The thing with the Split P is that you will lose a lot of the "character" that makes a P-pickup sound like a P-pickup. So are you after aggressive and growly classic precision sound, or aggressive and growly modern sound?
Assuming you are looking for P character with more attitude and growl, my suggestion would be either the DiMarzio Model P (since you seem to like DiMarzio from your initial suggestion) and the Seymour Duncan Hot for P. The SD has some finger noise that doesn't seem to be an issue with the Model P from DiMarzio. The Model P will have more midrange content and also has adjustable pole pieces to even out tone and response as well.
If that's not what you are after, then just slap some EMGs or active S.D.'s in there. If this is going in the BC Rich then the EMGs solid black color may match it better and emulate the vibe of that instrument better than a traditional pickup might.

I want a Geezer Butler kind of tone. Old school but pretty growly. I've heard alot about that Split P. Mostly Bad though. Probably a good idea to try those Model P cuz I've heard nothing but good about them. How about Quarter Pounds?.. I'm trying to stick passive with this bass. Going to refinish it pretty soon with a Black and grey bullseye (satin).. But I'm definitely looking for an aggressive old school punchy tone.

Another vote for the G&L MFD, which you should be able to order through any G&L dealer. The DiMarzio Model P is similar, and would also be a good choice.
