The Model is a Custom Artist 2003, the body is mahogany with a burl maple top. The neck is maple with a east Indian rosewood fingerboard. The guitar is setup with the Studio Package (H/S/H) pickup configuration. The guitar also has an LR Baggs piezo bridge, this will give you acoustic tones out of the guitar. In order to access this to its fullest capacity you will need to use a stereo Y cable. With the Y cable, the tip part of the cable will give you the electric output which you can run to a standard electric guitar amplifier, the ring part of the cable will give you the acoustic output, which you can run to an acoustic guitar amplifier or direct box for recording or live performance. The small mini toggle will select between just the electric guitar pickups, a combination of electric and acoustic output, and just acoustic output. When just electric is selected the 1st knob closest to headstock end of guitar is the master volume, the lowest knob is the master tone. When just the acoustic output is selected then the knob closest to butt end of guitar is the acoustic volume, when in blended mode (acoustic and electric) the 1st knob adjusts the electric volume and the acoustic volume will adjust the acoustic output, you can blend these as you like. You can also use a regular guitar cable and both outputs will go to the electric amplifier, however, the acoustic output will not sound that good going through that amp. You will need a full range acoustic amp to get the most out of this. The pickups are Seymour Duncan but I don't remember which models. The tuners are Sperzel locking tuners. The guitar looks all original.
