Mesa Boogie Carbine M6 noise

Hey guys I need some help!

This cab is brand new, the amp is second hand which I’ve recently just purchased.
Is anyone familiar with these amps?
The voicing knob and the bass push/pull knob send a pop through the tweeter when they are used. The tweeter is noisy too in idle.
I’m sure this isn't normal, are there any Mesa amp gurus that know what’s happening here?

Also can anyone put me in contact with Aged horse?

This is best handled by the Mesa's Australian service agent. They will be able to determine the revision level as well as any AU specific parts required.
