Mesa Powerhouse 410 - 8ohm/4ohm question

I have a buddy who owns this very cabinet

MESA Boogie 4x10 Power House Bass Cabinet

He's is thinking of selling it. It sounds good, so I am going to buy it if I can scratch up enough money.
I would like to understand this bit if I can though. It drives me crazy not knowing....
If you read it says 8 or 4 ohms on the official website under specs. Now, He uses it as an 8 ohm cab. How could I use it as a 4ohm cab? Would I have to rewire it to parallel or something like that? (please note that I don't know how its wired or even understand that sort of thing, well at least, if I did)

On the site there is a photo of the rear of the cab, can someone on here explain how to switch the cab to 4 ohms? Would you plug it in the parallel side of the cab? I figured that was to chain off that cab to another cab.
Thanks in advance.
Oh and by the way. I searched for a long time trying to find the answer, if there are 6000 posts on this topic I am sorry, I didn't see them (in the titles at least)

You know that makes a ton of sense. I originally went on ebay to check the going rate for these puppies to get some negotiation power and saw the 8 or 4 ohms thing (looks like someone just copied and pasted) but I wanted to investigate (as I would prefer a 4 ohm cab) Then I guess I just got it in my head that you could switch it and my mind couldn't see around it. haha. Thanks for clearing that up. That guy on ebay may wanna clear that up before he runs into an issue though. haha.
Thanks a ton Beats, simple as the answer was - I can go to sleep now. haha.
