Micro / mini bass guitar compressor pedal

I had the Boss LMB before, I sold it. Did not like how my bass sounded with that pedal. I am now in the market for a micro compressor pedal, can anyone recommend a good mini - micro compressor pedal for bass. Quiet and clean output. I do rnb, pop songs and sometimes do a little bit of slapping. suggestions will be greatly appreciated, thank you.

I haven't used either but the two that seem to be most popular are the Fairfield Accountant and the Xotic SP. If it were, I would probably go with the Accountant based on Bongo's reviews and general enthusiasm for the pedal.

Thanks everyone for the suggestions. Has anyone seen videos on the Xotic SP and the Fairfield Accountant used on bass? It looks the 2 are the front runners for my choice right now. Iv'e heared good reviews on the markbass compresorre too, I hope they make a mini version of it.

I recently asked the same question :)

I found for 1590A size the Fairfield and Xotic tend to be peoples top picks but, for me the Xotic is expensive and fairfield difficult to get hold of here in the UK.

I ended up with a Maxon CP-101 that I got used on eBay, it's MXR micro/EHX Nano sized and is pretty good.

Check http://www.ovnilab.com for reviews and info on compressors if you've not done already. Onvilab gave good reviews of the Pigtonix Philoposhers Bass and Rock compressors that are also MXR mirco sized.
