Micro-tilting neck solution?

I wonder if anyone can offer some feedback on this, I am getting some string clacking noise which seems to be the strings hitting the frets on the high end.

For 3 of my Fender basses, 2 Jazz and 1 P, I like to setup the action fairly low, somewhere between 7/64 to 3/32 at the 12th fret for the low E string.I have the relief slightly higher than a credit card when I fret at the 1 & 12 frets.

I like the results for my taste, but I am trying to figure out how to best avoid the clacking noise. The necks seem pretty straight to me and I do not notice any ski jump problems. I am wondering if micro-tilting the neck downward at the body would help without raising the action too much down the neck.Do you think that would help?

I will greatly appreciate your feedback.

THat's a LOT of relief. You should be aiming for something closer to a business card (not credit card) of gap at the 7th fret when fretting at 1 and 17. Having set that, reset your saddle height to what suits you. You will only have to adjust the micro-tilt if the saddles bottom out before you can get the action low enough.
