Migration to

Come to Quebec City, especially if you want to study some more and go to Grad School: Laval University rocks. None of the friends I have in the Engineering field had trouble finding a job the second they left school (some even had jobs before completing their studies). Plus, cost of living in Quebec city, or in the smaller towns, is way lower than living in Montreal or the more urban centers, while the job sector is BOOMING.

You might want to make a few phonecalls to look up what you need to immigrate and get your citizenship, wether you choose to go to the US, Australia or stay in Europe. Also, look up into job equivalences. Your formation might not be recognized by the professional orders up here.

And even Montreal is way cheaper than Toronto! You could live pretty comfortably in a really beautiful province (just make sure you work on your French - mine is terrible, I'm sorry to say, which is why I never moved to Quebec, much as I love it :rollno:). Either way, looking up immigration requirements for various countries is probably a good place to start. It will help determine what is possible for you, and what is not. Good luck!

man, that is sad, I am sure you will miss those hot moscow girls, maybe Canada is the best place for you, at leas wheater is quite the same and get a visa is not hard, to continue education you need to transfer credits and this depends on the university. College in US is freaking expensive and because you are not an american citizen you wont get low interest rate college loan. Forget to work as a professional in the US without working visa, try to find an American company that is willing to request an H1B visa for you.

You could always come to Finland. The weather is pretty much the same, it's easy to travel to Russia, plus Russian people are pretty common especially in the SE part of the country. There's also free education with good post-bachelor systems.. The negative part is high taxes and having to learn at least some Finnish - but then again, crime is low, the standard of living is high, and the country is excellent for starting a family, due to good education and healthcare systems.

Your skills may come in handy in the UAE... I'm currently chilling in Qatar - outside of the UAE, across the Gulf, but lifestyle and living are very similiar to Dubai... Pretty much ALL estates or apartment buildings have security. Dubai is very established right now, here in Doha though it's booming! Buildings going up everywhere - your skills could be of use.

Another option i'd throw out there would be perhaps a PhD in the UK...
