Thanks big brother. Considering getting a J5 but just can't do a USA right now. Played my buddy's bass last night (Kohlman Bassworks custom job w/EMG's) and it made my Lakland sound like @**!! Wish it was a 5 string! I need something else like pronto!

Haven't played a mim j5 but just got a mim p Monday, and I'm impressed with the quality. I think you'll be happy with the bass.
