Details

This neck is on a bass I just bought here. I thought I would like the Jazz, but I prefer Precision necks.

The neck is perfect, not a scratch anywhere and has always been strung with flats.
Thanks.

Hello, I have a fender PBase that I was wanting to do the same thing that switch the neck to a jazz. I would be willing to trade you if you would want to. The only difference between mine and yours, is my P neck is an early 90's fender(mim).

Maple or rosewood board? Tuners, nut, and string tree installed and included? Got pics?

Mine includes the tuners, tree, nut, and is in perfect condition. It is currently on the bass pictured. Plays great, but my hands are too big for that skinny neck.

Thanks.

So I haven't used this bass that much of the past 20yrs. I am the original owner, I have maybe done a total of 4 or5 tours with this bass. Always in a case. It actually lived in Europe for the last 3 years as my back up. I just brought it back to the States. The nut is not original, It was replaced i think in 2009. its also filed a tad large for the E string ( at the time i was using 115 G Estring. I also added a string holder to the A string to help The A from "popping" out ( I play low tunings and All my Fenders had this issue with the A)
If You want to keep your tuners and parts (cause mine are older (but still work perfectly)) thats fine with me,

Possibly. Can you take some pics?

My jazz neck is perfect. I've been thinking of selling the bass, but just don't want to take a hit on the cost.

Thanks.

Yes, I would consider a straight up trade. I prefer the smaller nut width. The roadworn is 1.75" at the nut. I received your PM for trade as well and replied.
