MIM Jazz Pickguard question

Will a general Fender Jazz aftermarket pickguard fit a MIM Fender Jazz with no issues? Are they more or less interchangable or do they have to be specific ones to fit the screwholes?

Standard Fender should fit but any from ALLPARTS or WD may need new screwholes

I had an MIM Jazz at one time and the black pickguard fit on my US Jazz without any problems
