How is that epiphone valve jr for bass???

I have a VJ I use with a little bass cab at home once in a while. Mine is a version III...supposedly little better transformer. Doesn't have big lows but definately useable for a little 5watt tube amp. Pretty darn nice sounding overdrive too. I really like those little things. It works great for low volume acoustic, or small practice amp electric size jams. I've even stuck a mic on it and used it for full volume rehearsals just for fun. They're a lot louder than you'd think.

I use an Blackheart BH15H with 2 EBS Classic 112 cabs for home rehersal. Sounds pretty good! Gonna use it in studio as well. Good enough for small sessions too. Haven`t tried it as a head for my main rig yet, but I think it will def do the job as a back-up fo my EBS Classic T-90

NCD Friday - picked up my second Markbass NY614. So here the deets:

600W per cab = 1200w at 4ohms 33lb/cabinet
LMII = 500 watts@4ohms

total weight for stack 71lb!

Shaking the walls and ceiling in my basement with volume at 8oclock!

This set up looks great....
I'm wondering if one these would cut it on a small size gig....
