Hi, I've currently got an Orange Terror Bass on pre-order which should, if legend be true, be able to output 500w into either 4 or 8 ohms. From my old setup, I've got a 250w RMS 8ohm yamaha 4 x 10. I'm wondering whether the 500w head into a 250w cab will be a good or bad thing, and whether it'll end up being unimpressively quiet...(had thought the cab was a 500w, but on checking it turns out not).
