Double Bass Missed my Lammax endpin!

Prepping for my last air travel, I neglected to tighten one of the thumb screws on my Lammax endpin and the endpin shifted during travel and when I went to install it, I moved it the wrong way and damaged it - completely my fault.

I contacted Mario about replacing it and he offered to repair it. Off it went, and back it came, and he replaced the damaged parts without charge and even picked up the shipping back to LA. Can't beat service like that!

Interestingly, I've been mostly practicing sitting since I didn't have the Lammax and standing has become frustrating now that I'm used the Lammax. Installing it again, I realized how much I missed it, and that it's even more comfortable for me standing with it, then sitting without it.
