Missing string in package (DR Sunbeams)

First time this happened to me: my package of DR Sunbeams was missing the D.

I messaged DR but haven't heard back. When should I expect to hear back @DR Strings ?

Local retailer was out of DR's so I got some Daddario NYXL, but I'm not liking them much...

My interactions with DR have been quick, a couple days at the longest. If it gets to the third business day and you haven't heard back I'd email them again.

I absolutely love DR Strings, but I wish the box was sealed in plastic.
I got a set once that already had about 10 inches cut off the E string.
Someone probably messed up, quickly packed them back up and returned them.
It was thru MF, and they eventually made good, after a small hassle.

I called DR and they answered immediately. Turns out the person who monitors the "contact us" form has been out of the office and is expected back later today.
