mixbus 32 c is detuning my bass?

hi, i have mixbus 32c, and every time i plug in my bass to record it sounds out of tune, i have tried with ableton that is my second recording software a that doesn't happen, i've even have put a tuner on both softwares to confirm and only in mixbus says that my bass is out of tune, i also have checked the tuning in my analog tuner, my clip on tuner and the tuner built in my bass and the only one that says (and sounds) out of tune is in mixbus any idea of what could be causing that?

Are you saying that you plug an in tune bass into the 32c and the output of the board is out of tune? In real time?

Your analog tuner says the board output is out of tune while your clip-on and onboard tuner says the bass is in tune? (Assuming your three tuners agree!)

All channels? What does it do to other sources?

yeah it detunes it in real time beacause ive been trying to record a few things in mixbus and being unable to because of the detuning issue, and all my other tuner says that the bass is in tune(the analog, the clip on and the inboard) ive also checked with the same tuner vst in ableton and mixbus and while ableton says im in tune mixbus not its pretty weird, and ive checked all one after another to see if they agree and they do, even the tuner on my ipad that i checked as an extra

i noticed because all the tracks i have been trying to record were in tune but the bass sounded completely out of tune in relation to the tracks in mixbus, and ive put those same tracks on ableton and played the bass and it was in tune, its the most stranger thing thats happen to me on mixbus

Heavy Mixbus 32C user here. Never heard of anything like that.

You should post this question on the Mixbus forum. Since it's not a very popular DAW (even though it should be!) you'll probably find more users there.

Edited to add: You can also email support. They are real humans and they offer great support.
