No one, I don't think. I wouldn't go looking but then, I wouldn't want the power of the MOD hammer...
Moderating this board for two years, I've never banned a regular user. Only obvious trolls. There's no reason someone can't have some sense talked into them, and only THEN will they be banned.
Spammers. People who come here and post links to Chinese knock off shoe websites, that sort of thing, otherwise almost no one.

Mods are pretty quick with those.

i laughed at every post that flamed me.
actually, i would only ban someone if a poster was offended enough to want me to do that, and even then, i would consult with each party and see if we could have a reasonable solution. if we cant, ill just ban both of them.

I'm an admin on our knife and gun forum. We've only used it on each other to try out. It would be DAMN frustrating if you didn't know what was going on.
