I got this bass a few months ago from a builder in FL and it has quickly become my favorite instrument. It plays and sounds great, super low action and the pickguard is thick enough to work as a finger-ramp, for lightning-quick double-pops. I had to get it because I love: Prince, single-cut basses, MM + J configurations, orange, LEDs, maple boards, and I LOVE telecasters (currently have 4).
I was wondering if anyone has seen another bass in this style: a modern single-cut telecaster bass? I've only ever come across tele basses that join the upper bout around the 17th fret, never up by the 12th, Fodera-style
