Never had one how light is a modulus bass.

Had one , sold it a decade ago, now they're 2.5 times what I sold it for and I can't justify having another....but man do I want one.

I have a funk unlimited with the original lane poor on it. I love the way the neck feels and how light it is. I just can't seem to vibe with the aguilar OBP-1. Treble is fine, I get that. But I can't seem to dial in the bass. It's either nothing or extremely boomy. Any other users have some advice? I like getting that pseudo-stingray tone but with the bit of different voicing the lane poor provides.

I have a '96 Sterling with a Lane Poor MM and I'm using an OBP-3. The bass is huge (use sparingly), but the mids (@400Hz or 800Hz) tighten it up. Works for me, YMMV.
