Thinning the collection. 35 scale. 9.5 out of 10 condition. No scale but 9-10 lbs. With original hard shell case. 2 very small dings on the back of the neck. You'll probably never notice. Pictured. Rare. Hot. Fun. Balanced. Open to trades. 34 scale 5s only. Now only $1500 Trades?
This is kind of crazy that no one is jumping on this. Super stable neck. Full tone that cuts through the mix. One of these was my main player for 5 years. With the price on new ones being astronomical, this feels like a crazy good deal. GLWTS.
I am curious but there is little info out on the web regarding these. Anywhere to go for a sound clip?
Probably a good feel as the M92 was the precursor to the q5 sweet spot. This one even LOOKS like mine.
Thanks for replying. I did more research and there is some marketing material from modulus out there that includes a whole lineup of sweet spot basses, to include this one. It seems like this is essentially the quantum form factor with top routing and no fancy figured wood facing. I presume it sounds like the other sweet spot Q5's like your video.
It does. Great sound. Great sustain. I got this bass when I was in Michigan so stay better in tune in and out of the cold weather. But I am more comfortable with a 34 scale bass. No small hand jokes.
If this were a 4 string Id be all over this!! Been wanting one of these but they have always been way pricey! GLWTS
