What would be the easiest way for me and my wife to use headphones and hear each other play along to music? I use an old LG V20 as the source to play the music and its plugged into my edrums and plays out of the edrum amp. She has a Fender Rumble 100 with XLR out and my Roland amp has mono or stereo XLR out. we both have Sennheiser HD280 Pro headphones. The roland module has MIDI also. I also have a Zoom H6 recorder but not wanting to record both of us right now. I was looking at something like this M-Audio AIR 192X14 USB Audio Interface. I want to be able to mic my acoustic kit and use it for that some day also along with the Zoom H6. Wanting to keep it cheap and compact.

Monitor Bass and Drums Through Headphones?

Thanks, I actually went a bit extreme and got a Mackie Profx12v3 mixer and a Samson 4ch headphone amp.
Wanting to keep it cheap went out the door already, lol. So, I'm good with connecting the bass to the mixer on ch1, not going to use a DI unless needed since the mixer has hi-z. On ch2 I will have a Shure sm7b mic (heard I might need a cloudlifter for this mic). On ch3, 4 and 5 will be mics for the acoustic drums (some day), then I have the edrums. For the edrums I cant decide if I want to go mono or stereo into one channel or mono left to one channel and mono right to another channel. I have a Roland TD-25 kit which only has L-mono and R for stereo 1/4" unbalanced outs. If I use a passive DI on the drums I would have to go mono unless I got a 2ch DI but then I would have to use an xlr input on 2 different channels, not a bad thing but is it worth all the extra to go L-R into different channels? I am a noob at all this stuff
