Just for the record, I probably didn't make it clear enough before, but I never monitor anything
but my bass guitar through the bass amp, the rest of the material (tracks that are already recorded -
or the drums, keys and guitars that other people are playing during jamming or song writing sessions)
is monitored through the small PA system.
