Generally they're about the same BUT there are far too many other variables for such a generalization to have any real world meaning.

Insufficient data. Even within the range of 2x10s the differences in output capability covers about a 4:1 (6dB) range. The same is true of 1x15s and just about every other configuration as well.

Actually the typical 210 cone area is maybe 700 cc, and for 115, 850+. And more important yet, a lot of 15" drivers have longer excursion. When you multiply excursion times surface area that's the true measure of what the drivers can do.

While there is alot more to it than the area of a circle ie: depth, excursion, displacement

You are still wrong:

Area of 10" circle = 3.14 (Pi) X 5 squared (Radius) = 78.5

Therefore, 2 10" circles have a area of 157


Area of a 15" circle = 3.14 X 7.5 squared = 176

so..... IF i were to pickup either a 210 or a 115 as a practice amp with my markbass lm2, which should i take if i want a decent amp for like little band get togethers n such

Readheads every time for me, but thats just me, You may have to do some personal testing to work out your own general preferences.
