Moving - Need Advice

Hey, I am moving into an apartment and I'm worried about the sound levels. I am looking for a way to use a recording device as playback through my computer so I can listen to what I am doing as well as a song at the same time. I am interested in the Boss GT-10B but I'm not sure if it would work. Thanks!

You can use any kind of audio interface for that. There are some pretty cheap interfaces (<100) that will do the job. You just need to change your computers audio settings to use the interface for Input/output and plug your headphones into the interface. Its pretty simple. Ive used a Lexicon Alpha for exactly that. I think theyre $60 new.

Thanks! So the GT-10B is capable of that? It's currently on the top of my want list for it's effects options as well.

Yes, you can use a GT-10B. You could also use a Pandora PX5D, which fits in your pocket.
