We are moving in august to the bay area from southern california to the bay area. I will be entering grad school and my GF who is taking the bar at the end of the month will be working in a legal practice.
The housing search is INSANE in the area and I am constantly on craigslist, so I am now trying alternate avenues in the quest for housing.
We are responsible, have no pet (though we would be stoked if we could at some point, though not a huge deal), quiet, don't do drugs or drink, and are generally agreeable and mellow people. We have been looking in the sunset and richmond as well as daly city and are hoping to keep rent under 2k/month. Looking for a decent sized 1 bedroom or a smaller 2 bedroom.
