Mp3 player with loop function, or good rewind

Hi guys!
This subjet has been up a couple of times, but I can't figure out if I've found all the options...
I need a good portable device for transcribing...
A 12" PC/Mac(with loop software) would be the best thing.. But way to expensive...

I already have a Ipod (4. gen) but it's anoying to keep rewinding the same little piece over and over again...

So.. What's on the market?
1. It has to have a loop mode for mp3/wma/whatever
2. Don't care about effects or sound cvality.
3. Of course portable...
4. It would be nice if it had an slowdown funktion, but it isn't essential...

Boss and Zoom has got some things on the market but they don't have loop function...

Hi from Germany,
I just bought a very cheap MP3-Stick and was quite surprised that it has a loop-button. You can use it as an ordinary USB2.0 stick. It has 2 Gigabytes. And it was only 44,- Euros (about 53 Dollars). It's a treckstore i.beat.cebrax. It's a bit slow for a USB2.0 stick - needs about 20 minutes to copy a 750 mb file; but that's my only complain so far. It even has a built-in microphone and a record function. It's as small as the ordinary USB-stick and runs about 7 hours with a micro-aaa battery.
