Up for sale or possibly trade is a very, very nice MTD 635-24 Super. This is actually the first Super 5 that Michael made. I am the 2nd owner and it is in fantastic shape. The super series has different pickups than the regular series and they allow for a series/parallel switching on both pickups. This thing plays like a dream. The wenge neck is VERY easy to get around on. It is a super easy 6 string to play for those new to 6's. Michaels description of the tone is in the quotes below.
"Very aggressive attack. Growly bottom end and mids, bright and clear treble."
The bass is in fantastic condition. It has been very well taken care of.
I am ideally looking to sell but I may consider a trade for the right 5 string ideally plus a whack of cash. Something in the $1500 to $2000 range would be perfect. Trade value is $5000. That said I might consider a straight trade for the right MTd 535-24. Feel free to try others as you never know.
